We only collect what you give us. When you use the contact form, the call booking form or the property submission form, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, country of residence and the details of your request, including any documents or photographs you choose to attach. We use them for one purpose: to answer you and, if you go ahead, to advise you on a transaction.
We also collect anonymised audience measurement data (pages viewed, approximate origin, device type) in order to understand how the site is used.
Processing is based on your consent when you submit a form, on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps once we advise you, and on our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the site.
Your data is accessible to the Bel Rive advisors handling your request. When your project requires it, and only then, we share the information strictly necessary with the developer, the escrow agent, the conveyancer or the notary concerned. Prospect data is kept for three years from our last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the retention period required by the applicable commercial, tax and anti-money-laundering rules.
